What will you do?
In this versatile role, you bear the ultimate responsibility for the complete financial and administrative operation of the organization. In addition, you are also involved in managing our ERP package.
Finance, accounting & insurance
- Takes ultimate responsibility for the full accounting: from daily transactions to preparing annual accounts and reports
- Manages and optimizes the organization’s financial processes, with attention to accuracy and timeliness
- Has knowledge of payroll administration: processing salaries, tracking absences, communicating with the social secretariat, and compliance with social legislation
- Monitors the complete insurance portfolio: application, management, and follow-up of policies (vehicle fleet, civil liability, workplace accidents, equipment, ...), and handles claims from A to Z
- Monitors the financial health of the organization, identifies improvement opportunities, and proposes targeted optimizations
ERP implementation & management
- Maps business processes and translates them into an optimal configuration of the ERP system
- Guides employees in the correct use of the system and continuously monitors data quality
In short: you are the financial engine of our organization and the connecting link between our numbers, our policies, and our systems.

Who are we looking for
You have a solid financial background and are familiar with accounting, payroll, and insurance. Knowledge of digital systems and processes is a plus.
What do you bring?
- Strong accounting knowledge and affinity with financial management: this is your core
- Thorough familiarity with payroll administration and social secretariat
- Experience with or affinity for insurance management: following policies, handling claims, contacting insurers
- Insight into business processes and a structured, analytical approach
- Good communication skills: you know how to explain complex matters simply
- Independence, eye for detail, and a pragmatic, hands-on mentality
- Affinity with digital tools and ERP systems (experience with Plenion is a plus)
