Site manager industrial electricity & Automation

What will you do?

As a site manager, you are the person on site. You ensure that the execution is correct: technically, in terms of planning, and regarding safety and quality. You work closely with the project manager and work planner, but on site, you are the point of contact.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple colleagues on site and keep the daily operations running smoothly
• Ensure smooth execution of projects in an industrial environment, in collaboration with the project manager and/or work planner
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and check the quality of the delivered work
• Act as a fixed point of contact on site for colleagues and clients
• Handle daily administration and reporting
• Roll up your sleeves where necessary. You are not an office manager but a site manager

In short: you combine craftsmanship with leadership.

We carry out industrial electrical works, engineering, and automation for leading companies in various sectors in the Limburg, Flemish Brabant, and Antwerp regions.

This means: technically challenging sites, professional clients, and projects where quality and safety are non-negotiable. No routine work, but variety and real impact.

Who are we looking for

You don’t have to master everything perfectly yet. Motivation, technical insight, and the willingness to lead a team are at least as important as experience.

• Good knowledge of electricity and automation
• Able to read wiring diagrams fluently and maintain an overview on site
